Originally from the greater Chicago area, violinist Lisa Gauslow is a performer, teacher, and chamber music coach. Gauslow currently serves as Concertmaster of the Lake Geneva Symphony orchestra as well as a section violinist for many various orchestras in southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Her Guest Concertmaster appearances have included Symphony847 and the Kenosha Symphony.
In addition to her Concertmaster duties, Gauslow has enjoyed a number of music education pursuits: private teaching at LMG Studio, Kenosha Conservatory of Music, Schaumburg Academy of Music, chamber music at Stevenson High School, sectional coaching at Claremont Young Musicians Orchestra in Southern California, Los Osos High School in Southern California, and Kenosha Unified School District.
With a passion for chamber music that began at the National High School Music Institute out of Northwestern and continued at Luther College, Gauslow also performs with friends and colleagues in smaller settings whenever the opportunity arises.
